Movies of Cytochrome BC1 Complex

These structures were solved by Zhaolei Zhang (currently a postdoc here) while a grad student at UC Berkeley in the labs of Sung-Hou Kim and Edward Berry (LBL). The PDB codes for the structures shown are 1BCC and 2BCC. The BIOMT operators in the canonical PDB files are wrong but the full complex is easy to reconstruct manually using a CNS script.

All movies were created in Linux using PyMOL for rendering and SAMPEG for encoding.
