Request an MPEG of a completed morph

This page is currently in beta form. Submissions are processed one at a time to avoid file conflicts and heavy system load. Note that some movies may be either reduced in scale or clipped at the margins depending on the motion and files involved. Options may vary in reality depending on movie type; rainbow coloring is the default for cartoon ribbons as well as a seperate option. All movies show the motion in both directions (start->end->start), unlike the animated GIFs for morph reports. Morphs with more than 10 frames, or anything involving rotation, may take an extremely long time to render!

All types of movie generated from this page are made with the excellent open-source PyMOL molecular graphics system, which can easily be used to generate more complex movies manually from downloaded morph files. (Documentation about this page is in preparation, but the PyMOL home page has some examples of movie making.)
