Description
Movie of two structures of the same amino-terminal domain of influenza A virus matrix protein (residues 1-164) crystallized at pH 7 and pH 4 by two seperate groups. Significant changes in protein conformation occur in the areas of protein-protein contacts that are different in the two crystals, expecially in the area where dimer contacts occur in the pH 4 structure (residues 36, 86-94)
