Description In immunoglobulin 50.1, upon binding peptide, VH rotates 15 degrees and translates 2.7 A relative to VL In immunoglobulin BV04-01, upon binding DNA,VH rotates 7.5 degrees and translates 0.75 A relative to VL. There are also loop motions in the CDRs.
Particular values describing motion Annotation Level (1..10) = 4 Maximum Rotation (degrees) = 15 (For 50.1) Maximum Translation (A) = 2.7 (For 50.1) Experimental Methods = x (Traditional x-ray) Creation Date = 19970822 Modification Date = 19970822
