Classification [D-h-2]

Structures
1DKX Monomer [ PartsList ]
1DKY Dimer [ PartsList ]
1DKZ Monomer [ PartsList ]

Description
Consists of alpha and beta domains; the former binds the substrate peptide. The alpha domain is rotated in 1DKY versus the other two structures. From Zhu et al. : "This domain is rotated in the molecules of a second crystal lattice, which suggests a model of conformation-dependent substrate binding that features a latch mechanism for maintaining long lifetime complexes."
