Short Description Window size for hinge detection

Long Description Hinge finding starts with a window of 24 residues. The window is gradually reduced by 2 until a hinge is found (or none are). If a hinge is found, additional hinges are searched for using this final window size without reduction- thus all hinges in a morph will be the same length.
